Who operates this service

Thriller Dance AI is operated by Thriller Dance AI. Contact thrillerdance_ai@163.com for service, privacy, billing and content reports. The operator is responsible for the product, delivery and customer support.

When enabled, purchases are processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Its checkout identifies the legal seller and applicable taxes. A configured payment provider does not mean that this product has received payment approval.

AI model and service availability

The video model configured for this site is Seedance 2.0 Mini, accessed through NoToken (via self-hosted Hypit). Hypit orchestrates the video workflow; it is not the underlying generation model.

The generator shows whether video creation is available. Published examples demonstrate individual results, not a guarantee that every request will produce the same quality. AI output is synthetic and does not document a real performance.

Rights in references and output

You must have the rights required to upload, transform and share every image, reference, soundtrack, logo or character you supply. Upload permission does not grant rights to third-party music, choreography, trademarks or characters. A purchase does not grant a license to those third-party assets.

Real-person photos require the depicted adult’s permission for AI processing and sharing. Do not impersonate anyone, invent endorsements or present synthetic actions as authentic. Consent does not guarantee that a generation or payment provider permits a request. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to uploads, prompts, results and sharing.

Agreement and account security

By using the service you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Keep your account credentials secure and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Limited content license and output rights

You retain your existing rights in submitted material. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store and transmit it only to deliver the requested service, handle support and enforce safety rules, subject to the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your photos.

Rights in AI output depend on applicable law, the rights in input material and the underlying provider’s license. We do not guarantee exclusive copyright, originality or unrestricted commercial use.

Duplicate charges and service closure

For a suspected duplicate charge, email thrillerdance_ai@163.com with the order references; do not include card details. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded through the original payment method. If we permanently close the paid service or terminate access for reasons other than your breach, we will arrange a refund for the unused purchased credit balance, subject to applicable law. Promotional credits have no refundable purchase value.

Policy version and notice

Policy version: 2026-10-24. Before paid services open, material changes to these terms will be announced on the site at least 14 days before taking effect, and by service email where available. Changes urgently required by law or security may take effect sooner with an explanation. The applicable version and effective date will be published here.

Using the service

Thriller Dance AI lets you create short AI videos from a photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Generated videos

You may use the videos you create for personal and social media purposes. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. The site identifies generated results as AI media. Downloads may not contain a permanent AI label: disclose that the video is AI-generated when sharing it and never present it as authentic footage.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed without a refund of used credits.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD: 25 credits for $9.90; 60 credits for $19.90. One second of video costs one credit. Credits have no cash value and purchased credits do not expire while the service is operating. Any applicable tax and final total are shown before payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Checkout remains unavailable until purchases are enabled.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Read the Refund Policy before purchasing. Material changes are posted with a new effective date; contact thrillerdance_ai@163.com about disputes or your rights.
