Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy covers adult users of Thriller Dance AI: uploads, prompts, AI results and shared links. Label AI media and do not present it as authentic footage.

1. Sexual content and NSFW

Do not request or upload pornography, nudity, sexual exploitation, sexualized depictions or non-consensual intimate imagery. Removing clothes from a person in an image or video is prohibited.

2. Violence and gore

Do not create graphic violence, gore, torture, threats or content encouraging violence or self-harm.

3. Hate and harassment

Do not generate hate speech, dehumanizing attacks, targeted harassment or discriminatory content against protected groups or individuals.

4. Child safety

Do not upload images of minors or generate sexual, exploitative or otherwise unsafe content involving children. Suspected child sexual abuse material must not be redistributed; report it through the appropriate authorities.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

Do not create deceptive or unauthorized synthetic depictions of real people, synthetic intimate imagery, impersonation or invented endorsements. Clearly disclose AI generation and obtain the depicted adult’s permission. These conditions do not override stricter legal or provider restrictions; a provider may prohibit synthesized real-person actions even with consent. Payment-provider approval and permission to generate are separate decisions.

6. Copyright and trademarks

Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights. Do not assume that content found online is licensed for reproduction or commercial use. The site does not grant rights to third-party references, characters or music.

Content checks and service availability

The generator and checkout indicate which services are available. Generation and credit purchases can be enabled separately; generation requires sign-in and sufficient credits.

Before generation, our website checks user-entered text against keyword rules. The generation provider applies its own safety checks; rejected requests are stopped and are not bypassed. Users must confirm their rights and the depicted adult’s consent. Reports can lead to review and removal. Automated checks do not establish copyright ownership or guarantee detection of every public figure, rights violation or unsafe result. We do not promise a separate manual review of every delivered video.

Reports and action

Use the public report form or email thrillerdance_ai@163.com with the subject “Content Report”. Include the page or video URL, the reason, supporting evidence and a contact email. You do not need an account. Avoid attaching unlawful material; provide its location instead.

Reports are recorded for review. We assess the report, may request evidence, and can remove hosted media, disable shared links, block reuploads or restrict accounts. We aim to remove qualifying reported content within 48 hours. Unused paid credits and refunds remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Report details and decisions are retained to document handling and prevent repeated abuse, with access limited to service administration. This is not a promise that every publicly available item has already been reviewed.

Appeals

Email thrillerdance_ai@163.com with the subject “Content Appeal” and the report, account or video reference. Explain the mistake and provide relevant evidence. A disputed removal or account restriction can be reconsidered; an appeal does not automatically restore content.
